South Dakota has a widespread amount of sunflower fields and large mountain ranges that dominate the state’s geography. The Sioux Indians could not defend themselves against the surge of European settlers, which would eventually lead to the area’s overtake and admittance into the U.S. as a state. The state’s capital is Pierre, but largest city is Sioux Falls. Its home to the world famous Mount Rushmore, the Sioux Indian Nation, and the Homestake Mine, the largest underground gold mine in North America. South Dakota has a continental climate with cold, dry winters and hot, semi-humid summers. The summers bring frequent severe hail and powerful thunderstorms, and its location in Tornado Alley is consistent with its average of 30 tornadoes annually. This is because metal barns have three basic units. Often the central unit is an enclosed garage with an open carport unit on either side of it. However, all three units can be open or closed if you would like. Metal barns are usually larger than other vehicle protection structures, of course. This means they offer more storage space for your car and can house multiple vehicles at once. If you can use the extra space, choosing a barn kit can be a reasonable and exciting option.
