Our barns come in a variety of design styles and trim options, and all may be fully enclosed with garages, windows and walk-in doors, with additional options available, such as electric roll-up garage doors and auger anchors for additional structural support. Choose your desired dimensions, including custom sizes up to 100 feet wide. Select either standard 14-gauge framing or the more durable 12-gauge, when extra protection from heavy snow loads or high winds is a priority.

Warranties
Standard 14 gauge structures come with a 30-day workmanship warranty. Certified 12-gauge structures include the standard 30-day workmanship warranty, plus an additional 20-year warranty against rust through the frame.

Most barns are delivered and installed within two to five weeks (on rare occasions, it may take up to 8 weeks depending on weather conditions). We offer year-round installation to your chosen site. Building sites must be flat and accessible, and all required building permits should be on hand. We can install on grass, concrete, asphalt, gravel, and even wood decking* and docks*.
* Extra installation fees may apply for certain customizations and job-site requirements over and above normal construction (usually in a commercial setting).

Steel Barn Kits
If a quick turnaround is a big factor, and if you have some basic construction skills, kits may be a good option, since delivery times are shortened considerably. In most cases, your kit will be at your door in under two weeks, so you can assemble the building yourself (and/or with the help of a local contractor). Every kit comes with complete instructions on how to build your building, using basic tools. Many buildings may be constructed in only a few hours, and most within one day. Only larger, completely-enclosed structures take multiple days to assemble.
