Maine Metal Barns

Customized Structures for Your State!

On March 15, 1820, Maine became the 23rd state to join the Union under the Missouri Compromise in an effort to regulate slavery. Before then it was a part of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, until it voted to secede and become its own entity. Maine is relatively low in population, and small in size, yet considered one of the safest places to live. Around 90% of Maine is forested and mountainous, and is the only state to share a border with only one other state. Maine has a humid continental climate, with warm, humid summers and cold, extreme winters. In January, northern Maine averages a nightly low of 0 degrees Fahrenheit. At Elephant Structures, we build sturdy, powerful buildings that can be customized for any need. For protection against heavy snowfalls and icy winters, we can certify a metal carport, barn, or garage to withstand large snow loads, and insulate them against the cold. Build with Elephant Structures for the longevity of your vehicles.

elephant structures metal carport

When living in Maine, you understand the difficulties of shoveling off your car and having to deal with all of the weather the state throws at you. If you live in a house without any sort of garage or carport, having one installed can help you out by protecting the car and saving you time. Carport structures can assist you, especially during the winter months as you no longer need to brush off your car or scrape your windows. This way, you can sleep in a little bit longer during these cold months before it is time to go to work.

elephant structures metal garage

If you want a building that has siding around the entire construction, a metal garage is an excellent way to go. The metal garage is quick and easy to install, plus it protects the car not only from snow, rain and the sun, but also from wind and other external elements. The additional protection a metal garage is able to provide you can significantly reduce the damage your vehicle sustains during the colder months, all while saving you time from brushing off the car and scraping the windows.

elephant structures metal barn

If you need something larger than carport structures or a garage, you should look into a steel barn. The steel barn can be constructed quickly and does not take as much maintenance as a traditional wood barn, yet offers a higher degree of protection for your vehicles and equipment. This is the perfect addition if you have the room on your property and you have a need for additional storage.
